Do you store my passwords or credentials?

Never. We use time-bounded access methods (OAuth tokens, temporary SSH keys, or JSON config uploads) that auto-expire. No credentials are retained after the engagement closes.

What happens to my data after the fix is delivered?

All operational data is forensically destroyed. You receive a SHA-256 destruction certificate proving the vaporization. We retain only your contact information for ongoing support.

Can I revoke access mid-engagement?

Yes. The kill-switch protocol immediately terminates all active sessions, destroys temporary data, and issues a destruction certificate. You can trigger it from your portal at any time.

Is the diagnostic AI sending my data to OpenAI/third parties?

No. JAX runs on sovereign AWS Bedrock compute within our VPC. Zero external API calls. Your data never leaves our controlled infrastructure boundary.

What certifications do you hold?

GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA certified. SOC 2 Type II audit in progress. Our zero-retention architecture exceeds the security requirements of most compliance frameworks by default.

How do ephemeral access tokens work?

Tokens are KMS-scoped with automatic expiry. After expiration, all encrypted data associated with your session becomes permanently unreadable. You can request a fresh token at any time by verifying your identity.
