Questions & Answers
Everything you need to know about how Resolve works, how we price fixes, and how we keep your systems secure.
How does Resolve fix issues without passwords?+
Resolve uses deterministic playbooks that operate on infrastructure configuration, not credentials. We never ask for passwords, tokens, or account access. Fixes are executed inside sealed environments using public APIs and standard configuration protocols.
How does pricing work?+
Pay per fix, no subscriptions. Each fix is priced based on complexity: $29 for simple fixes, $49 for moderate, $79 for advanced, and $129 for critical issues. You only pay when a fix executes successfully.
How many playbooks are available?+
Resolve has 100+ autonomous playbooks across 16 categories including SSL, DNS, email deliverability, CDN, databases, security, compute, storage, booking systems, analytics, monitoring, networking, CI/CD, and more.
What happens if automation can’t fix it?+
Resolve escalates to our in-house specialists. No freelancers, no marketplace workers — only vetted internal operators who work inside the same sealed environment.
How secure is Resolve?+
Resolve operates inside micro-SCIF sealed environments with zero data retention. No credentials are stored, no data persists after execution, and every action produces an auditable destruction certificate.
How do in-house specialists work?+
When automation cannot resolve an issue, it’s escalated to our internal team. Specialists operate under the same security model — sealed execution, zero retention, full audit trail. They never have direct access to your systems.
